Merriweather LLC is looking for reliable and safety-focused Field Workers to support fiber burial and utility infrastructure projects. This role involves hands-on fieldwork and collaboration with crew leaders to deliver high-quality results efficiently and safely.

  • Perform fiber burial and related utility field services.
  • Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow project plans, safety procedures, and job site instructions.
  • Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and restoration.
  • Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members.
  • Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, able to work outdoors in varying conditions, capable of performing physical labor, follows instructions well, works effectively as part of a team, and preferably holds a valid driver’s license.

Merriweather LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee fiber burial and utility field service projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, schedules, safety compliance, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to our quality standards.

  • Plan, manage, and execute utility and fiber burial projects.
  • Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and equipment.
  • Monitor schedules, budgets, and project milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits and resolve field issues as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in utility construction, fiber deployment, or related field services, strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, a solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices, proficiency with scheduling and project management tools, and a valid driver’s license.
